Killing for the Crown

Last Friday night we had a murder mystery dinner for our sexual assault volunteer advocates. This was my first one & it was def. interesting.. you have to dress & play your character your given. I was Ms. New York & the setting was a formal dinner party before the Ms. America Pageant.

M.S. Dixie

On Oct. 1 McKena's class had a field trip aboard the M.S. Dixie in Lake Tahoe. It is a 2 hr boat ride, we had lunch and had lots of parents helping (Thank God!). There were 77 students total, 3 first grade classes & 1 third grade class. I think all the kids had tons of fun. McKena & Lexi

Apple Hill

We ended the weekend in Apple Hill. We met our friends Kelly & Robert and their son Tyler in Placerville. I took almost 800 pictures in the 3 days we were down in CA. I took some family pictures of them & she did of us. I'll post those pictures in a few days.. The kids had a great time & we found a really neat park that we stopped to take pictures at. The girls picked 24 lbs of apples! Six Flags

Saturday we went to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo, CA. The girls & everyone had fun, we took Pacey with us so I know Kelsi had a good time. We watched the whale show, went on some rides and enjoyed the day.

Friday, September 19

Amber got married so we went down to Vacaville for the weekend. We already had plans to go to Apple hill so decided to just make a weekend out of it. Afterwards we all went to Olive Garden for dinner, then back to grandma's house for cake/champagne. Here are a few pictures from it..
